All services are customized and delivered based on client needs. Detailed scope and deliverables will be discussed and confirmed prior to project initiation.

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

• Payment is to be made in advance or as per the mutually agreed schedule.

• Invoices must be settled within the due date mentioned.

• Late payments may attract interest and delay in service delivery.

 

 

3. No Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our services — which involve research, expert consultation, and/or confidential processes — payments once made are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

 

We take confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive information you provide for background checks, audits, or consultancy will be handled with the strictest discretion.

 

We also expect clients to not disclose any proprietary tools, reports, or methods used by Verisanta.

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond in a timely manner for smooth execution of services

• Not use our reports or materials for unlawful purposes

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All reports, frameworks, templates, and tools developed by Verisanta are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce them without written consent.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability
